Family with children will love it
The food here is truly exceptional, we had the homemade bread at breakfast which was just out of this world. the staff are really involved, they take the time to ensure you feel welcomed and taken care of.
It wasn't exactly cheap but honestly you get what you pay for.

The presentation of the locally shot pheasant for dinner was exquisite, and the warm ambiance with the log fire created a memorable experience during our stay.

Not quite the cozy night I hoped for
So, I thought I'd treat myself to a lil' luxury, but my stay was kinda disappointing. The deluxe room was super tiny—way smaller than expected. Tried to enjoy dinner, but had to sit in the loud bar area and the food wasn't great. Young staff were friendly, tho! A real letdown with the mattress, felt like sleeping on a rock.

The Six Bells exudes charm with its tasteful decor and clean surroundings. The layout is accessible for seniors, ensuring comfort while moving around. The inviting common areas created a delightful atmosphere for relaxation during my stay.
More seating options in dining area would help seniors.

Had a fantastic getaway with friends! We enjoyed the Auberge Supper. the pheasant and pecan tart were delicious. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were friendly. Just a heads up, it can get warm inside, so dress accordingly. Don't miss the lovely dining experience here.
I noticed that the room we stayed in had a very small bed, which was uncomfortable for a taller person.

The Hayloft room was nice and cozy. It had a lounge area for chilling out, which was a cool touch. And the high-quality fixtures really stood out. The bed was comfy enough, but I could see how some might prefer something softer. The decor was bright and fresh since it had a recent makeover, definitely added to the feel. Just a bit noisy from the bar, but it wasn't too bad. a comfy place to crash after a day out!
